Does not pull up product

Scanned merchandise ordered from BFG show and no results pull up. Also I try searching by typing in keywords and nothing pulls up in the search. Also tried using more generic words in search “pot” “planter” and nothing pulls up.

Limited info available. Would be nice to get shipping updates and tracking, view order history, pay/view invoices, browse products, and contact customer service through the app. Currently the website is a much better overall experience.
