potential but glitches
no audio , this app had so much potential to be a big platform for British gymnastics but because of the audio and glitches (audio represents the routine) this makes it a unreliable app
Great in principle, annoying to operate
Would be great if it didn’t glitch so much. Really annoying at comps as on an iPhone when you scroll through the disciplines it resets to the top before you can select what you want.

Amazing app to each a comp live but if u ever try to re watch your routine it always kicks you off or doesn’t let you on

Poor quality, Lack of updates, Old UI, makes it a dealbreaker. All we need is one update even yearly. We haven’t had one for 5 years now and it shows.

And the backend is a whole other monstrosity. Frequent disconnects, Scores not being updates, cameras not rendering.
All we need is a yearly update at a minimum, just to make a usable app.

Terrible app too many glitches
Displays scores but not names. Slow and useless app! It was quicker to text someone in the audience for updates!

Horrible app, really basic and rarely works! Attempted to access scores and steams and says it needs internet connection even though I have internet connection!

Updates?
Why no updates in years? This app is so glitchy, I now can’t see anything on the screens - no comp names/gymnasts can be seen so I just have to wildly click until I find the comp I want to look at!!! Something must be done to improve this as there’s no other way to see the scores 🤷🏼♀️

Has this been removed? It’s not available to download on newer phones and it has stoped working on my current phone. The password is correct but will not accept it.

Rhythmic missing, no audio, shot from too far
Very few RG videos, latest from 2019. There’s no audio. Rhythmic routines are based on music…
There’s no “ESC” to close the video after playing, one has to close the app & log in again.
It’s good that the throws fit the screen, but the videos should be shot a bit tighter to see the gymnast’s qualities/performance better. Now there’s too much unnecessary space around the area where the gymnast is performing. Can’t see their expression at all.

Bounce refreshing and constantly crashes
This is so out of date. The resolution doesn’t match modern physics hone screens.
Watching a live event and tracking scores is so difficult due to the constant reset to the top of the list.
And the recent championships the app crashed nearly 100% of the time.

Shocking!
Considering the amount of money BG take from memberships and competition ticket sales, this app is horrendous! It needs a total overhaul to bring it into the 21st century and get rid of the glitches.

Can’t watch individual videos because I can’t log in it says it’s wrong when I know it isn’t because I log into the BG website with ease please can you look into this

I can no longer access the videos as the screen just turns black. Can this please be sorted as soon as possible.
Videos no longer play on Apple devices
Since the latest Apple IOS 14 updates (Sept 2020) videos no longer play and a black screen is displayed. Please could this be looked at?

There is no longer the options to view the videos since the iOS 14 update. BG will need to address this if you wish to see previous videos
