Does not work
I have never once gotten this app to work for me. When you click into the app you are met with a screen that says network connection is unavailable or server is unreachable. If you click tap to retry, you are met with a white screen. I have never gotten past this. Save your time and don’t bother downloading this.

Not Just Awful, it’s Unusable
The app just does not work in the slightest. I open the app to a network connection is unavailable screen, hit retry, at which point it goes to an all white screen with a blue bar along the top. I have never gotten past this screen.

Sitting in the ER and I need to see what I was prescribed and I can’t because this atrocious app doesn’t work!

App is no longer active or working. The app keeps freezing and shows there is no connection.
Horrible transition
I knew when Super One changed to Walgreens it was going to mess up some things however it totally ruined the app and the whole experience for me. I’ll be changing pharmacies.

It looks old and out dated. The Walgreens app is allot better.

Very clunky
So I have been using this app for a few years now and the same thing keeps happening. It takes almost a min and a half to load the button that I need to hit to get to my refills. It is slow going from menu to menu as well. And if I am managing a family member it takes a long time as well.
Poor app
Glitchy and hard to log into. Very unreliable
Worthless
You go to the website, it tells you to transfer your scripts through the app. You download the app and take time to put in every detail about each individual prescription. It says transfer request completed.You call the pharmacy 2 days later, they have no record of any app transfers, so you redo the whole process over the phone. Waste of time and dumb!

Worst App I’ve Used for Pharmacy
Constantly crashes, doesn’t show status when prescriptions are awaiting physician approval and doesn’t navigate well.
App is pure crap
So frustrating this app just crazy.
Easy to use
It easy to select your Rx, easy to run a report of any time period, easy to see $ amount per Rx or time period.

Would love to have a usable app again for ordering and filling my prescriptions.

Frustrating
Logging in is a constant battle - I’ll try to sign in over and over, and eventually *might* succeed by force-quitting the app and trying again. I’ve switched to using their website for my pharmacy needs, which is way more reliable.
Fix it!!!
The prior app was wonderful. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It freezes every time you use it. It won’t load and just goes blank. I can expect to spend 20 minutes trying to see if my prescription is ready. Heaven forbid you call and ask. They tell you to use the app. PLEASE fix it!!

You made it horrible. After years at Brookshires this horrid app is almost enough to make us go elsewhere. But for the great pharmacy staff we’d be gone just for the app that somebody lied to somebody saying “better user experience.”
The executives would be better served to see these comments and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE APP.
I’m waiting for it to show MY PRESCRIPTIONS SO I CAN TELL MY DOCTOR WHAT NEEDS RENEWING. Oh—too late!

First thing they did was shut us out of an app that WORKED WELL, EASY TO USE. Then it took six months and we still only have two of us out of a household of four. AND IT WILL NOT SWITCH FROM MY WIFE, WHO IS PRIMARY ON IT, TO ME WHO GOES AND PICKS UP PRESCRIPTIONS.
No problem with one of our household because one is gone now.
You’d better wake up and take food care of customers. This is a competitive business and your software is a substantial liability.

Hate this app!
I’ve been trying for 3 days and can’t see anything in my account. Checked for maybe a version update being needed, nope. It’s always glitchy, takes forever, signs out at random, and freezes up, but these last several days have been especially infuriating. I hate that the old website isn’t even available anymore - most apps still have a physical website you can also use. I wish I could give zero stars.

Awful!
Says it doesn’t recognize password. Used reset password 3 times and login says it does not recognize my username and password every time! Called customer support and got message saying leave your name and number and we will call you back!
