Pretty laughable that people here can’t figure out simple instructions. Points to note:
1. on App, the first time you access the App you need to access the T&Cs (there’s a tick box towards the bottom); and
2. once in, you need to turn on the WiFi of your action camera (yes these devices have WiFi, no not your home router WiFi);
3. you need to connect your phone to the action camera Wifi; and
4. enjoy!
Also, check if your action camera has batteries or not. If it’s on low power, Wifi function might be interfered.

Turn off Cellular Data in your phone Settings
It works; but not when cellular data is turned on.
Which means you’ll not be using your phone for anything else during.
Video quality is sharp. Has zero low light ability. Has zero driving features.

Waste of time. And the camera
Don’t even bother to download it. Once you accept the ridiculous terms and conditions it just and connect the phone to the wifi camera it won’t actually link and just says “connect to wifi first” so you can’t get anything off it anyway.

Easy to miss
There is a tiny tick box next to the license agreement when you first open the software. If you tick it, the software works fine. It is really small tick box and easy to miss!
Will not connect to WiFi
Terrible app. Should’ve got a GoPro. If you’re reading this just go get a GoPro this is cheap Chinese junk.
Turn off mobile data
Only can get it to work by connecting to its WiFi then turning off mobile data.

This app does work! Underneath the GO symbol, which is grey out, there is a small button ‘user compliance’ or similar, simply press this and 2 minutes later you will be wifi conected to the camera, and it is simple to use and very good! I original gave this 1 star and said rubbish, then I gave it another try, it does work, the other reviews are incorrect.

Does not work
I bought the camera, downloaded the app and it doesn’t work. Opening the app its shows the apps icon and a button that says “Go” which doesn’t even work.

Upon starting the app it says it must be connected to WiFi first. Well it is! I used WiFi to download the dang app in the first place. I have now installed and remove multiple time with no improvement. There are great, good and not so great apps on my phone. But this is the only one that it totally useless

Does not work
Purchased the camera. Downloaded the app. Connected phone to camera’s Wi-Fi and it absolutely will not let me connect. I just don’t understand. Upgraded software on my phone and everything, still no progress.
This app is great!
This app works perfectly fine! There are a ton of one star reviews but what they don’t understand is that you have to connect your phone/tablet to the cameras WiFi. You’re able to remotely work the camera through the phone! Don’t listen to the one star reviews.
Doesn’t Work
Can’t get App to work with Crosstour camera, even though the instruction manual of the camera advises to download this app. It totally fails, the app just shows a greyed out ‘Go’ button that you can’t select even when phone is connected to camera!
