I can’t update to the new App as my phone is older and doesn’t have IOS 17.0
There must be a lot of fans with older phones in this situation and don’t want the expense of updating???

Can’t update so can’t use the App and manage my account!!!
I have not been able to update the app as requested. The request on the app doesn’t let me use it! Therefore I cannot access my account and do my business as a member and season ticket holder. What is going on?!!
No good for old phones
Unfortunately, my phone is about 8 years old and can’t update to iOS 17.
Inconsiderate update
Latest update makes app unusable on my phone. Will the seagulls buy me a new one, cos it sure isn’t something I should have to do to continue following my team

Embarrassing mess
Prompted to log in every time I open the app; design is a mess, particularly on iPad; Listen Live link during matches has stopped working so you can’t hear commentary. The club gets so much right but this app ain’t one of those things. The club should be embarrassed to be putting this out. They did fix the microscopic text size though.

Horrible User Experience
This app and website are not user-friendly, especially for accessing or downloading digital season tickets. The process is confusing, unsupported, and prone to technical failures, leading to a frustrating and stressful experience Their digital team really needs to sort this out!
Not Premier League Redy
Slow, lacks intuition, buggy, and often out of date
Insists on cookies every time
Everytime you enter the app it asks you to select cookies. And it does the same when you read an article . Thus doing it Everytime you swap screens in the app. Bhafc don’t want to know saying it’s ny problem not their app.
Erratic and unreliable
Very frustrating, buying tickets is a chore, often get kicked out or go into circularities. Almost impossible to buy tickets using an Amex card or Apple Pay.
Does not Display Membership
I downloaded the app so that I could display my membership on my phone and it does not do this! Why?
No commentary
How come we can no longer hear live commentary on the matches, not all of us have the sport channels

Bring back the old app - no live sound
Not sure this app update is an improvement. Navigation is all over the place and two games in a row the live stream audio hasn’t worked (Everton & Man U).
