Total disappointment

This app used to be really good, but lately it has gone downhill. They don’t release the magazine on time anymore, and some issues contain very short articles that feel rushed and poorly written. The bookmark feature doesn’t work properly, which makes the app frustrating to use. I’ve also tried contacting support through the “Contact Us” option, but no one ever responds. Overall, the app has become disappointing compared to how it used to be.
