This app is pretty….and very poorly designed.
App is not functioning
I can’t log in through the App to manage my account on the go.

Same as another review - I can log in from the web, but not from the app.
App doesn't work with existing account
App recognizes my card and told me to sign in with my BHG credentials. Won't accept my credentials on the app but they work perfectly fine on the web. Also, tried to do a "forgot password" reset. It says it sent the verification code to phone number on file. The number displayed was NOT my phone number. And verification never received and never was able to get logged in. I am finding a lot of shady stuff with this company as of late and I'm sorry I ever started handling my new business affairs with them. What a joke! Recommend NOT doing business of any kind with this company.
