This is the 3rd cabin/home we have purchased in Williams,AZ. Lisa has sold us 3 cabins and sold 2 of them as we upgraded through the years. She is top notch in customer service and has delivered every time. She listens to what you want and then finds it! I highly recommend Lisa Paffrath as a realtor and expert.

Please fix the app so that it doesn’t show pending properties when “Exclude pending sales” is checked.
Good app
I think this is a good app for home searches and it’s connected to my BHG agent. My only wish for this app would be that you could get notifications when new houses become available in your saved searches. I find myself repeatedly stalking the app multiple times a day, considering how cut throat the market is right now... I just wish there were push notifications!! I like how you can map your drive and pick the map app of your choosing (Apple, google, Waze).

App not the greatest
Sorry to be a Debbie downer but this App is not user friendly, we just need to search a house in an area we want and for a price we want. Unfortunately the App is not providing easy to use options, we find ourselves searching other sites, they require us to put our info in probably for other agents to contact us, not helpful

Let your fingers do the walking!
We have the best realtor ever, Ted Biedrzycki, but we would run him ragged if we dragged him to every house we found interesting. The BHG app enables us to do a lot of searching right from our living room sofa.

With the new update it shows the same house at least 3/4 times!!! Please correct.
App and platform needs improvement
Unfortunately other readily available apps are much better, such as Zillow. You can’t even search rentals on this one.

The new update has some major glitches. Please fix them so I can find a house that isn’t pending.
Needs a better platform
The houses it does show are easy to look up and save them for your future reference. However if you draw an area and save it as a search it will not save that drawn map search. Also, when you’re going to try and view the houses in that area you have to zoom in and out of areas to see if a house is there. It doesn’t give you the ability to locate and list all the houses in an area like Zillow does. I find myself needing to use both apps to get the current information and to be able to list all of the houses.

Can’t save homes
The app gets stuck on the “saving home” feature, making the whole experience pointless because you can’t keep track of the houses you want to watch. Frustrating.

Great app for finding Hawaii Real Estate.
This app is great for finding Hawaii real estate. I like the map screen that show you everything available in the area and what's the list price. The you can click on the one you're interested in and you'll see more details about the property. Even tells you whether or not it's leasehold or fee land tenure. Very user friendly.
