Limited search capabilities.

The app does not have capability to search for a keyword. Additionally it would be nice if there were some sort of assessment of property value and rent like Zillow does. Lastly, it would be nice to sort/search in multiple ways...like by the difference in money by percentage and dollar amount between the asking price and the estimated value.
