Doesn't work
Tried to use this app and it doesn't work. Errors happen when you try to create an account and there is no way to set it so that I would be the preferred agent if I want to share this with my clients.

My agent, Shahar Compton, me this app and it's phenomenal for searching for MLS listings and giving me a direct line to my agent at all times. Additionally, you can draw directly on the map and request showings. A+ all the way.
Wait can't you see the house next door
This app is terrible. The house next-door is for sale by Burkeshire Hathaway, and it didn't even show up on their app. Come on guys Warren Buffet would fire you all right now. Maybe they're new to California I don't know but I just think it's interesting that the can not even see the house next-door

This app took 5 minutes to load, and I can't find any local agents to assist me! I'd rather use zillow...

Wish I could rate it 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars, but the app doesn't open for me.
Great for iPad
This works wonders on my iPad and is slower on my phone but I love it's unique features and quick access to the updated Mls archive.

Not worth the trouble
Not a bad app when it actually works... Takes several minutes to load at times and constantly crashes. Too frustrating to use.

Needs work
Good app, but has a few bugs. When reviewing details in list mode, back button takes you to the top of the list instead of previous location. Switching apps causes the Prudential app to restart when you return to it.

The Home Scan feature is cool! Searching for a home is easy. I also like the fact that I can actually work with an agent in the area, and not some random highlighted agent.
What a tool!
This is amazing.....I took it to a listing meeting the other day and was able to show the seller exactly how few, or in this case no, similar properties were for sale in their area. They were impressed.

Technological Revolution in Real Estate
There are several real estate apps out there offered by various brokerage firms... I've never seen anything as nice as this one. It's fun to use and a great way to work with your BHHS real estate agent!
