No support
For the last three years I am complaining about missing notifications few iOS devices but its not taken care of. I am asking requesting to support dynamic fonts so that we can increase font size accordingly. Its very difficult to try reading on small screen devices.
Sadly, I don’t think school management or developers care about reviews or feedback about the app.
I even complained about it personally in school but no luck.

Update please!
Would it be possible to show on the app icon itself - when there’s a new communication / circular? (Like they have in mails / messages / WhatsApp - notifying how many unread messages there are..) would be awesome!

Push notifications not working
The notifications in the app have not been working for a while now. As and when there is a new message from the school we are not notified for it. We have to open the app multiple times a day and see if there is a new message posted from the school. We've missed a few events due to this issue with the app because there were no push notifications/alerts on the lock screen for a new message from the school resulting in missed deadline. I hope this is fixed on priority!
