The best baby monitor

This is the best baby monitor for when we travel. Upgrading to premium when we need it is so worth the money!!

Excellent solution to a problem

I needed a way to monitor my baby overnight in a hotel. Traditional baby monitors would not work due to the hotel WiFi login page. The app worked well and was responsive at telling me if the baby needed anything.

Disgusting ads

Pop up ads on the free version include scam ads. Went to use the app today and a “warning” popped up (actually a scam ad) saying “your account has been hacked for visiting adult websites, click the link to re download app”. Disgusting that the developers allow this on their app. Makes it impossible to trust that your connection is secure and that video of your child cannot be accessed by third parties. Get your act together Bibino!

Total lifesaver!

Worked exactly like I needed it to, in a pinch when I was staying somewhere with my baby unplanned and needed a way to be able to hear if she woke up sleeping in a different room.

Never Connects

iOS apps works well, but mac app never gets connected to anything. `Test Network` feature always tells `Connection Works`, except it doesn’t

Visao noturna?

Comprei a mensalidade premium mas a visao noturna é muito ruim! Estou usando o tablet da apple que a câmera não é nada ruim mas mesmo assim não da para ver nada quando a luz do quarto da bebê está baixa

Lately sound is too low : not recording when sound

When I first started using it this app was great but lately despite my phone being on full volume the sound is often too low to hear and when I look back on activity log I discover baby has been crying for 10mins and sound is loud in activity log. It’s making it unusable as I can’t trust it. It used to also record video when a sound was heard and this seems to have stopped. I don’t care if it’s low quality I still want it to record video.

Just buy a $1 monitor so you don’t have to pay so much for this nonsense.

Horrible

Absolutely horrible video. App keeps crashing or not connecting. It’s ridiculously glitchy and lags. My plan was cancelled without any notice then I emailed them and it took multiple days to get an answer back and the problem fixed. I lost almost a week of my monthly plan that I paid for because of those issues. Now once again the video won’t connect and the app keeps crashing. I’m going on day 2 of this happening.

Update they emailed me back shortly after I submitted the review. Promised I’ve received a full refund which I have for part of my subscription and also promised 3 free months. Have yet to receive this. I’ve been in constant communication with them but it seems as if they just don’t care. My opinion of the situation just keeps getting worse with each day that passes with no help on their side.
