Volume issue

I love Bibino BUT the feature where you automatically keep my phone volume turned up because “you’re worried I won’t hear them” is SO frustrating because our house is small enough I can hear their actual cry from the other room AND hear it echoing from my phone volume. You can’t switch it off without stopping the stream entirely which cuts off video and removes the activity log. What about parents in smaller homes who just want to visually monitor their child but don’t need double audio? Please fix this ASAP because until then you’ve lost a customer!!

You can mute all sounds on the Parent Station without stopping monitoring by opening the menu in the top-left corner and selecting Mute. The video stream and Activity Log will continue running. This is the best baby monitor for when we travel. Upgrading to premium when we need it is so worth the money!!

Excellent solution to a problem

I needed a way to monitor my baby overnight in a hotel. Traditional baby monitors would not work due to the hotel WiFi login page. The app worked well and was responsive at telling me if the baby needed anything.

Disgusting ads

Pop up ads on the free version include scam ads. Went to use the app today and a “warning” popped up (actually a scam ad) saying “your account has been hacked for visiting adult websites, click the link to re download app”. Disgusting that the developers allow this on their app. Makes it impossible to trust that your connection is secure and that video of your child cannot be accessed by third parties. Get your act together Bibino!

Hi, we are sorry that you had a bad experience because of a fraudulent ad. We use Google Ads and yes, sometimes these types of ads get through. We try to review ads on a daily basis and disable fraudulent ones, but the scammers are sometimes faster than us. Yes, I would expect Google to solve this with AI and other tools... But nope. We will consider disabling full-screen ads completely or using another ad network. Total lifesaver!

Worked exactly like I needed it to, in a pinch when I was staying somewhere with my baby unplanned and needed a way to be able to hear if she woke up sleeping in a different room.

Never Connects

iOS apps works well, but mac app never gets connected to anything. `Test Network` feature always tells `Connection Works`, except it doesn’t

Visao noturna?

Comprei a mensalidade premium mas a visao noturna é muito ruim! Estou usando o tablet da apple que a câmera não é nada ruim mas mesmo assim não da para ver nada quando a luz do quarto da bebê está baixa

Lately sound is too low : not recording when sound

When I first started using it this app was great but lately despite my phone being on full volume the sound is often too low to hear and when I look back on activity log I discover baby has been crying for 10mins and sound is loud in activity log. It’s making it unusable as I can’t trust it. It used to also record video when a sound was heard and this seems to have stopped. I don’t care if it’s low quality I still want it to record video.

Also, for the video recording, please verify if "Audio and video" is set under Settings -> Events -> When noise. We'll look into this as soon as possible.
