I bought this iPod because I saw how easy it was to find and read scripture. Love the convenience of looking up scripture. I am trying to read the Old Testament and New Testament but have a lot of vision problems so I want to use audio version . I am praying I can understand how to do this. My person who used to help me with anything electronics has decided that I should have paid better attention and should have been more grateful. So now I will muddle along but God is near.

Been using this app since the days of, but
but it seems that now that with each succeeding new version you're losing something. On my Mac it might earn one or two stars. The iOS phone and iPad apps are significantly better but still not the five star app of yesteryear. I think it's sinking under its own weight becoming clumsy and non intuitive. Nevertheless, I Started with various phones which I'm glad I was able to keep all my book purchases each time I switched platforms. It used to be that except for a few minor annoyances we got along very well. It's a great app that I rely on and it used to be but that it was getting better and better all the time; now it's on a downhill slide with each succeeding revision.
