Why not start out by letting people know that it’s a $9.99 charge. Consider giving it away free, even if you have to throw an add or two. I feel lied to…. Do better….

The advertising free trial so I signed up, expecting the trial to be free. How when I signed up I got charged $50.

I have emailed them twice Asking to cancel/refund & they still haven’t gotten back to me.
