Personalized starting speed — new readers get a quick one-minute calibration to find a comfortable WPM. Change anytime in Settings. Warm-up mode — fresh reading sessions now ease in for the first 30 seconds instead of cold-starting at full speed. Toggle in Settings. Smoother sentence pacing — the brief pause at the end of a sentence now lingers on the period word itself, giving you an extra beat of comprehension. Offline downloads — download your translation under the publisher's terms so you can read without an internet connection. See Settings → Offline Downloads. Accurate verse numbers — switched to the official YouVersion SDK; verse numbers now match the publisher's markup. More accurate stats — chapters you swipe away from mid-session now count toward your totals.
