Can’t chance Bible version
It’s ok. You can’t change the topic without paying and the version cannot be changed either.
Free option isn’t favorable
The only free scripture category is friendship. For any other topic, you have to pay.
No upload option
I bought it to add a background and realized that you can’t even use your own background. I wish that would have been made clear and want a refund since I can’t even use that option like I wanted. The app seems to work like desired.
Wish I could create more than one at a time
It’s a good app but it would be better if it allowed you to create multiple widgets for different types of verses.
Easily The Best Bible Widget
I’ve tried every Bible widget available and they were either tedious not very well designed or limited. This app is simple straightforward and has just the right amount of customization without being complicated. It matches the quality of the motivational widget on the App Store. I also love that you can choose to show or not show the author of that scripture. Great work dev keep it up and God Bless!

Latest Update 12/15
12/15: The most recent update now allows the selected interval for the Bible verse to be maintained but now, after I set it to 1 day, it doesn’t change at all again. Ugh! It would also be nice, for those of us who made the in-app purchase, to be able to select multiple categories of verses to rotate through rather than just 1.
12/9: So this update was to allow you to set 1 of 3 frequencies for the verses to change; 5 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day. I set it to 1 day but it is not saved and flips back to 5 minutes. Please make this stay on the frequency that is selected. Also make it so you can have the verses change between multiple categories after the in app purchase which I made. I’m find this quite annoying and am now out my money.
