Same problem

The app is very interesting to use, but having the same challenge with Genesis 6. Your suggestion about reinstalling is probably a good one, but does that mean all solutions found previously would be lost? If so, that would not be a suitable solution. Why can’t your update solve the problem, or are you able to guarantee that previous solutions and gained hints, wouldn’t be lost?

Hints will be losts and previous solutions as well. I don't have information what the problem was before but it might be due to the fact of having too many words on a specific level. If you have another device to install the app I'm sure the problem should be fixed but unfortunately it seems updating doesn't fix it due to the already saved data. Once you started a level even an update cannot override the data. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Addictive Word Finder

This app is fun, challenging and addictive. Only thing is, is that my Genesis from level 6 on is not working. I would like to find how how to fix that issue. Right not I just started Ecclesiastes, really engaging great word app.

It might depend when you first installed the app as in December we submitted an update but in order for the fix to work, we know users reinstalled the app if this is not a big impediment for you. Due to the way the data is saved a simple update might not work and it will require reinstall to fix the Genesis 6 issue.

The app is good, but in Genesis 6 it only give me one letter. That’s all, the letter K. Please fix if possible. Remember Jesus loves you!

Update..... I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it fixed the problem. Thank you for your response.

Great fun

Have enjoyed playing this game very much. The only problem is that Genesis level 6 only has the letter K on the board. Unable to complete This level.

I enjoy playing this game and it’s a very good way to read the bible in order to find the words. I would 100% recommend it to all of my friends.

Amazing game!!!

This has helped me build so much knowledge and it is also extremely fun..I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest for the bible or just wants to have fun
