Highly Recommend!

I love this app for multiple reasons. It’s user-friendly, packed with great content, and helps me stay focused on what matters most. By limiting access to other apps until I’ve spent quality time in God’s Word, it encourages healthy priorities in my daily routine.

The small subscription fee also provides an extra level of accountability, motivating me to use the app consistently instead of spending unnecessary time on social media, games, and other distractions. BibleGate is a win-win: more time in Scripture and less time wasted elsewhere. Highly Recommended!

Love the Update

I am loving the app update. It’s exactly what I wanted. My only suggestion is making it where you can lock the setting where you lock the apps. Id love if you had to enter a new passcode or something to remove an app from being locked out

Thank you, Pastor Paul! You were right, removing an app from the lock was too easy. In our next update, it costs some of your earned minutes, a bit more each time that week. If you’re out of minutes, a short pause with a verse comes first. We’re also looking into a lock code that only a spouse, pastor or friend knows. God bless you and your ministry. Thank you for using BibleGate 🙏🏽

Such a good app 🙏

Creator of Faith Mode here, this app is really good! I like using it in my day to day!

Thanks so much! Truly appreciate the kind words. May it bless you and help you grow in your walk with God 🙏🏽

Love the concept, but too limited behind paywall

The idea behind this app is great, but it’s hard to fully enjoy it since almost everything requires a subscription. The free tier only gives you about 5 minutes a day for the verse of the day, plus a bit more once a week for the weekly chapter. Beyond that, every way to earn more time is gated behind payment. It’s more for a specific group willing to pay than for just anyone.

I came over from BePresent hoping for a fresh challenge, but the lack of any real free path to engage more deeply was disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to write this ❤️, and for giving BibleGate a try after BePresent. BibleGate exists to help people spend more time in God's Word than on social media, through reading, studies and devotionals. That's why we keep earned screen time modest on purpose. It's a nudge back toward Scripture, not a way to buy more scrolling. Reading the Bible in the app is always free, however much you read. Your feedback is heard, and it helps us decide what to build next. If you'd like to share more, I'd love to hear from you: support@raelegacy.app The BibleGate team.

I look forward to reading my Bible daily

I absolutely love this incentive to stay consistent in reading the Bible daily because it’s made me realize how important it is to be aware of the little snares in life that so easily can pull me away from what’s most important and that’s starting my day in Gods word. This app has made it fun and I look forward to following a reading plan & the little test at the end is my favorite part!!
The test pushes me to really get into the word and not just “read” it, because I really want to retain the Truth. (Plus I love the confetti lol)

Finally, An App Like This

Been using BibleGate and I thoroughly love it and the idea behind it. It helps me be more intentional with my time and put Scripture first before getting distracted by other apps (no more doomscrolling!).

Simple, useful, more than effective, and genuinely different from a normal Bible app.

Best App Blocker Ever

I’ve tried multiple app blockers and all of them were just kinda meh. Easy to get around permissions and no real incentive to use them. Until I downloaded BibleGate. I absolutely love the fact that I am earning my time on my social media apps instead of starting endlessly at them. I also love how much I am learning by reading the Bible every day and the Grow plans in the app. And it’s not just boring, stuffy reading - the learning is genuinely fun! I’d give this app 10 stars if I could - highly recommend!

Very helpful for doom scrolling

No cost to use and really helps me to make sure I’m putting “cash in the bank” and caring for myself, instead of scrolling on Instagram or Facebook

Thank you so much for the kind review! 🙏 Love that mindset — investing in yourself and your ETERNITY instead of mindless scrolling is exactly what BibleGate was built for. Keep stacking that "cash in the bank!" God bless!
