Thank you so much for this app! I love the content and appreciate being able to search the topics and having the choice to watch OR listen. The material has been life changing for me, and the way it’s presented makes it understandable.
I have one suggestion: I find it difficult to rewind when I missed something and need to hear it again. I’d LOVE to have a 10 or 15 second rewind/fast forward option.

Content is great, the app is not
I recently started listening to Bible Thinker and extremely enjoy Pastor Mike’s in depth study on all kinds of topics and Scriptures. I primarily listen in the car played from my iPhone. What I’ve found is the Bible Thinker content is not easily accessible in audio form and also not easy to search and play the exact content I’m looking for. The Apple podcast app is the best option for reliable playback but there’s no way to search the 600+ items. This app theoretically can search and also play audio only, but it is buggy and unreliable and even plays the wrong item if you download several and try to select one. So I’ve actually just played from the website where the search works pretty well. The downside is it plays embedded YT video so you can’t do audio only for bandwidth impacts or simultaneously using your device for other functions like navigation. Bottomline, I’d highly recommend investing in a reliable app with robust search capability and options for video and audio-only playback to meet the needs of the commuter.

I’ve watched on YouTube on tv in my search for truth. 63 y/o grandma-my bible knowledge was good but wisdom kept me from salvation. Your program has helped me so much.
8 month old Christ follower!! “Fake it till you make it” and your hard honesty helped my husband and myself change unchristian behaviors deeply rooted in our personalities. God alone saves but teaching is essential!! I’m no longer the person I was!! Praise God!!

Crashes when listening podcasts…
Crashes when click on podcasts… the videos are fine, but it will crash when I tried to listen to the audio. I’m using an iPhone. Hope you can fix it !
Starts from beginning after pause
I updated today and have the same issue. Every time I hit pause the entire episode starts over. Please fix :/

Helped me become a bible nerd
Accidentally finding Mike/Marks videos on the gospel of Mark on YouTube ignited a desire in me to know what God actually says in the bible and to see things in context instead of how my feelings wanted to interpret verses.
Can’t recommend his videos enough, because as I have been learning, taking time to learn what God actually wants to say to us through his word will change your life forever!

The best Bible teacher of our time…
Reformed or not Mike is the best Bible teacher of our time. He is the ONLY person I’ve ever heard put together a coherent perspective against Calvinism (even if I don’t agree with it entirely). He is the best of the best!

Great app but I have one issue with it
After downloading a teaching I play it through my vehicles Bluetooth. The problem I am having is when I stop the teaching and then resume I lose where I left off and it goes back to the beginning. The app needs the ability to bookmark so that this does not happen. Please update the app.

Love having Mike’s stuff organized and searchable and downloadable. However, the app really needs rewind and fast forward buttons because the slider/scrubber is too difficult to use to go back 15 or 30 seconds. I end up going back to YouTube just because of that.
Legit teacher!
I found out about Mike Winger on youtube and the clarity of his explanations is impressive. He isn’t trying to entertain, he really explains and makes the Bible so interesting and accessible. And what I love is that he provides different perspectives so we can learn to analyse the Bible. Love this ministry!

This app is great for those who wish to dive a little deeper into God’s word and obtain every ounce of nourishment from it. Mike is a wonderful teacher and does a ton of leg work studying for each topic and lays it out perfectly so anyone at any level of spiritual maturity can understand.
