App is not functioning correctly
ADMIN please HELP fixāI'm eager to use the app every day. I previously enjoyed the Christian affirmation app, especially the feature that let me record daily Bible verses in my own voice. I loved that so much that I decided to upgrade to the platinum subscription. However, after making the payment, the app stopped working entirely and redirected me to the biblical affirmation section. Unfortunately, the features here continue to redirect me to the Christian affirmation app, but it wonāt work, and I'm still seeing ads.

Great App

Basic function problems
The ad continues to display after payment of premium subscription and the journal will not unlock entry and will not send pin reset option. Now I have no access to my journal entry and I cannot reset the pin either.
Crashes
I owned the app for $14US less than 5 minutes and it crashed twice. Had to reinstall twice.
Subscription not restoring
I paid for a lifetime subscription and now I cannot access my playlist of affirmations despite trying to restore my subscription. Frustrating.
No affirmations
I have paid and yet cannot seem to access full site. No affirmation
Refund my money
This was the most aggravating app I've ever used. I couldnāt set up the app up because itās endless advertisements. Worse app ever. Donāt waste your money. Please refund my money.
I got a 6 month subscription.
Thereās not supposed to be ads. There are ads every time I open the app. Sometimes I even have to press restore subscription even though I have an active current one. This makes me not enjoy the app as much and makes me feel like I wasted money on it.

A LOT OF GLITCHES.
I got this app a couple of weeks ago. App started off very well and I was enjoying it. However, each time I opened the app to play, it could not allow me to play and always asks to upgrade my subscription despite purchasing the lifetime access plan. After 5 to 10 minutes of trying, it would say āsubscription restoredā and would start playing.
I have not used the APP for 4 days and been trying to play it today, but itās not working at all! It appears completely out of order. When I click play, it appears like itās loading then it goes off. Very disappointing.
Can this be looked into.
If working properly, itās a good app and would be beneficial to many. The affirmations are encouraging and thatās what I was enjoying about the app.
