No books in the library
Can’t see the books in this app’s library. So have to basically use their website for accessing the books I bought. Why the app exists is a mystery to me.

The Mac OS version does not work.
I paid more than 120 Euro to buy three books and use them on Mac OS, but the app for Mac OS does not work. I contact support few times and they suggested me to reinstall the app, so I did it but the error was not fixed. When I run the app, I see this Error:
SQLITE_ERROR: table Books has no column named liquid_text
Then I waited for few weeks and installed the new version, but it has a same problem. After contacting the customer service, they did not even answer me.

Not working
Useless app so far. Books won’t download and I’m stuck in a circular process and no resources after 1.5 hours trying.
Great App but sound doesn’t work
Alter Ego + are great for studying French but DON’T waste your money and time on this app. It doesn’t work on the current version of iOS and all the company tells you when you reach out to them is that it’s working well at their end. After several emails and four months of waiting, I have finally given up. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

App works ok
I can download interactively the audio and play without incident. I just wish Alter Ego +3 was as interactive as +1 and +2. Also, as most of the questions in book are vague, there are not many answers to check. In activities book, you cannot input answers so to keep from flipping back and forth from questions to answers, you gotta save off answers somewhere else (like pdf on pc) to reference while attempting the questions on tablet. I guess this was an early design attempt or they were in a hurry just to get something out there.

It works like being put together by a summer student or an intern. Getting the app from Hachette via their Biblio site is a bit of an adventure. Then I got the resources in my library but cannot download them. They are running the same app on Windows computers in the language school’s library, where often this doesn’t work either. It is just embarrassingly bad.

I really don’t understand why this application logged me out and now refusing my own password. It’s a book not a bank account. It is very frustrating to use it and for it’s password reset you better travel to 16th century. Last thing I wish to do is take couse in IT engineering before I log in. What is this?

Bad app
It seems that while I can access my account from the browser I cannot access it by using the IPAD app; it stops after I enter my credentials and a message to close it pop up.
