About

Bibliome turns a pile of PDFs into a library that organizes itself — entirely on your device. Point it at your documents and on-device AI sorts them into clear categories: manuals, papers, datasheets, statements, receipts, whatever your library is made of. No uploading, no accounts, no waiting on a server. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • The app makes no network connections of its own — no servers of ours, no third parties. Your documents never reach us. • All the intelligence runs on your device, offline. • The only data movement anywhere is Apple iCloud, inside your own account: optional library sync, plus a tiny device-presence file (app version and document count — never names or contents) so your devices can notice each other. We can never see any of it. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your documents are yours. ONE LIBRARY, ALL YOUR DEVICES (OPTIONAL) • Turn on iCloud sync and your library is shared across iPhone, iPad, and Mac — through your own Apple iCloud account, never a third-party server. Off by default; you're always in control. • Bibliome for Mac — the full library engine with on-device AI filing — is available separately for your Mac. DO MORE WITH EVERY DOCUMENT • Search across your whole library by meaning or by word. • Ask questions and get answers grounded in your own documents. • Make scans searchable with on-device OCR. • Scan paper to PDF, convert documents, merge, compress, and reorder pages. • Detect dates, totals, and IDs; build citations; export notes. • Move and re-file with a tap; Bibliome learns your categories. Bibliome is built for people who keep a real library of documents and want it organized, searchable, and private — without handing it to anyone.

What's New in Bibliome

1.1

July 4, 2026

• Fixed: the reader could hang when scrubbing with the page slider. It doesn't anymore. • New: Bibliome notices when it's also on your Mac and offers to link your libraries through your own iCloud — with an honest estimate of how long the first sync takes. • New: Privacy Policy, Support, and license links right in Settings. • Clearer wording throughout about what stays on your device (everything, unless you turn on iCloud sync).
