No me ha dejado iniciar sesión

Me di de alta para coger una bici y cuando fui a entrar me ponía que mis datos eran erróneos. Los comprobé varias veces y eran correctos.
Compré un bono de un día desde la web y aún así no me dejo utilizarlo.

En iphone da problemas , yo llevo semanas sin poder abrirla en mi móvil y sin poder entrar directamente desde la red pq no da esa opción .
