Not tourist friendly
Asking for passport photos just to rent a city bike is a bit much. Also didn’t see support for English or other languages. I don’t get whey they can’t just take a credit card and call it good. I gave up and deleted this overly intrusive app.
2 day approval?
If you’re a tourist you upload a photo of your passport and then it is 48 hours for manual approval? Has anyone ever even done this, ridiculous.
Foreign tourists?
The information for people who are not for Argentina is incredibly sparse, and it doesn’t say exactly what you should be taking pictures of. Particularly in the fact that it wants two pictures, front and back of the passport which doesn’t exist. I would think you’d wanna make money from tourists, right!?

Muy mala experiencia desde el comienzo. Si sos turista tenes que hablar por ws para que te habiliten.
En el 3 intento me lo solucionaron por WhatsApp.
Malo. que si dejas la bici tenes que esperar 30 minutos.
La app se cierra cada tanto. Crashea solo.
Mucho lugar para mejora. Como idea está genial !

Possible identity theft
Do you honestly think people would share private information with you? What do you need two pages of my passport for? I can only imagine! A US passport is not something anyone would be willing to post to a shady app. I would strongly recommend rethinking your methods of verifying identity
