Sent messages vanish instantly
This is a new problem, fix it and I’ll adjust my review… I can only message when someone with Premium reaches out to me, and a guy just did, but after the first message I sent, all subsequent messages vanished as soon as I send them. Had to post a comment on his profile to tell him my messages were vanishing, so he doesn’t think I’m just ignoring him.
Is this a glitch? Or is it a new ploy to try to get us to pay the insanely high premium? I’d do it, but it needs to be more reasonable. Too many fake profiles on here, using celeb or obviously AI pics, to be worth such a high price.

If you are Aussie there is hardly anyone for you. App is over priced for no results.

Another greedy App
The concept is interesting but we can’t even send a message to our matches unless we pay top $$ while other gay/bi apps like Scruff , Grindr, Recon , Tinder are offering tons of free features for their users.
Worthless unless you pay
I love the set up on the platform, the info you’re able to share and being able to figure out what others are looking for before to swipe. But unless you pay over $30 a month for it it’s basically worthless. You’re not able to change any preferences and you’ll end up swiping through people across the entire country rather than in your area.

10/10 would highly advise against this app
not allowed to adjust to see local members/message them even if we match without a “paid” premium membership. Also showing nothing but extremely long distance members who are wayyy out of state causing use of daily like limits that are very low availability to be wasted on nothing but passes members for days in a row now. This app is a complete waste of my time and seems to be nothing but a complete scam to generate money for the developers!

Not being able to message is really disappointing why do we have to pay to message someone when other similar apps do not require you to!?

I wish I could give zero stars. No one in your area within 100 miles. I’ve changed all of my filters and still nothing. When will Apple hold these apps accountable for their horrible products? Better off going back to the eclipse and bars and forget these apps.

You can’t upload videos on your profile, even tho it says you can.
And they’ll harass you to go premium. They ask that in 4 out of 5 tabs you have on the app.
On top of that, they’ll keep your info for 6 months (without paying you) after you delete your account.

Costs an arm and a leg
Unless you pay a MINIMUM of $25 (which is a week of premium) you can’t talk to anyone unless they pay for premium. This app is just a money sink and I think they pay/hire people to talk to you (might even be Ai at this point) when you join to lure you into paying.

Need to upgrade to use even basic functions. Profiles are old, or fake. Nothing but bots and scammers. Apple should remove this app from its store.
Very few real accounts
Pretty disappointing, compared to the alternatives like Feeld. We live in Seattle - big population of poly community … but within a very short period we were completely “out“ of locals on BiCupid, and those who did reach out to us were mainly bots

I think it’s pretty disappointing that you have to have premium to send a message to someone you find attractive. I saw a few pretty women on there who are curious like me and I can’t send them a simple message?? Since I couldn’t message them I sent them a wink but please do something about that, I would like to message people as well

Everything is behind every kind of paywall you can imagine, even the basic “message someone you matched with”
Instead of letting you message someone you’ve matched with, you can only “wink” at the person unless you pay for premium which is WAY overpriced
