Misleading Access and Unstable Experience
Be cautious before signing up. Prior to signing up, I confirmed the specific access and features I would receive. Instead of the expected access, the service is routed through their own inhouse portal build that suffers from severe lag, frequent bugs, and poor responsiveness.
When contacting support to resolve these stability issues, their responses were vague. They technically fulfill what was promised on paper, but they deliver an inferior, unofficial workaround in practice. When questioned, they claimed their initial terms were never specific. Support also dismissed other user reviews noting the same performance issues as outdated, but these technical problems are very much present.
Make sure to get explicit commitments in writing regarding exactly how access is delivered before signing up.

Logging in issues
