Missing items
I usually pickup 2-3 invoices at a time and have a lot of items. I cant tell you how many times they conveniently forgot to bring me all my items. You REALLY have to watch them closely. And its usually the more expensive items that are missing.

Slow wait time to get my items
Have to sit here almost an hour every time to get my stuff while others that get here after me gets theirs before me. I drive over an hour to get here and another hour waiting and then another hour to get back home
Poor service
I have waited 40 minutes thus far for them to bring me the 1 item I bought. I gave them my invoice number , they asked me for my full name . I even gave them the description of the item …still waiting …
Buyer beware
Birmingham location : They misrepresent condition of items. If it says not tested that means it doesn’t work and they know it. They bid against their customers to drive price up. Shady company through and through.
Great experience
Have won three lots so far and been very happy with the merchandise. Echo weedeater worked great, new Garbage disposer works great. Description shows if its new or used or salvage. Will continue to buy!
Misleading
I’m not happy I didn’t know that if we won an auction it had to be picked up. Well I live in Michigan and the items are in Alabama so there is no way I can get the items I won so now I just lost money I can’t afford to lose.
It’s rigged…
Every time something I want comes up and I start to bid…I am always outbid. But if you go back and look at the past auctions for similar items they sell for far less than I am bidding. I got you guys. Super rigged imo

Great product’s
I have bought a grill and a pressure washer. Love them both.
Not working.
Bought an electric pressure washer that the description said "working". Yet when I went to connect the high pressure fitting it was not connected and will not attached and will not connect.
Item won but missing at pickup, no refund
I won an auction and one of my items was missing at pickup. I was promised a refund, and to wait 5-7 days, but I never received the refund.
Frustrating site
Used to be able to buy quality stuff on here and buy it at a fair price. Then they increased bid increments to $5 and a lot of the stuff they sell here isn’t worth $10, so if you don’t get the first $5 bid, it’s just not worth messing with. Then you have the folks that run it that can’t post the next week’s post till AFTER the current one closes and you’ll two people going after an item and waiting till the last second to increase the bid, and then that just adds another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, you have 100s of people looking for the new auction which should start at 9pm. But nooooo, we have to wait on the two bozos fighting over a single item and many time paying more than you can buy it for brand new. And then, when the auction has finally sold all the items, the folks there at Bidding Kings don’t even have the new one ready and post some stupid thing that says Coming Soon. It’s not like you don’t know the last one is going to end. They have been doing this for years now. Get your act together.
Then, the folks in OPELIKA don’t know how to post images of the items and will say ”appears new” but don’t provide anything but a stock Amazon photo. Post the darn pics of the box and let us judge. The Birmingham site at least posts numerous photos for us to judge what we’re buying. I’ve purchased both places and it’s really a hit or miss in OPELIKA. I can’t trust that one.

Love Bidding King!
I love Bidding King especially the Opelika store!! The employees in Opelika are so nice especially Brad who has a lot of patience! I know I have give him headaches before but he is always nice to me. The store front is incredible, too with some of the best prices around on clothes. So glad I found this store!

My daughter-in-law introduced this website to me a few weeks ago. I tried the auction and was pleasantly surprised. I like the watch feature, and the detailed description. The pick up at the locations is very organized. Once arriving at the location, pull up to an empty spot, text the number and provide the order number and wait. The staff will bring your winnings to you.

Buyer premiums are too high. Pickup is too slow. It would be faster to let us come in and pick it up ourselves. We need to be able to pay immediately after I auction. It forces you to wait an extra day to come pick up your stuff

SCAM
WATCH CAREFULLY what you are bidding on! What you get is what you get and they will not make it right! I purchased a coffee maker that was listed as New Unboxed Item. When we got it, the box was open and had two parts missing. When I went back and asked about them; I was told there was nothing they could do. This is the third time I have bought something and had an issue with it.
