App needs updating
It runs in app legacy mode which makes for many issues. The job notes can't be longer than a few sentences because the keyboard covers up the text box and makes it impossible to fill out.
Crashes constantly, clocking into jobs crashes, clocking out of jobs crashes. It finally reached a point where just clicking on a job crashes the app. Rebooting the phone helps but the crashes keep coming back.
You have to re-log into the app every few hours despite telling it to "remember" that wouldn't be too bad if it didn't hang on login sometimes.
Overall it's quite disappointing considering the service to make it work costs $600 yearly.

I spend more time troubleshooting than actually working
It's a game changer
Finally! An iPhone app we can use in the field! Automatically syncs with BidMagic back at the office and gets us to the job on time. We love QuickTasks and the ability to clock in and out of jobs. It save us so much time and our clients have noticed that we have really upped our game. Would definitely recommend this to other BidMagic users.

BidMagic has combined the capabilities of a great PC solution and this very powerful mobile app. This makes it easy to schedule your techs on a daily basis and track their results. While more basic apps can handle simple clocking in and out, BidMagic delivers much more information that our techs need for each event to help us run efficiently.

Love it! Great professional solution
This app is no toy. It is a full featured tool to manage our field techs. We have been using BidMagic to create our proposals but wanted to do more. This is just what we needed to tie our workflow together. Sending reminders ahead of service calls is very cool.
