Exchange staff are a bunch of scammers. They will beg you till they get your money but do not live up to their commitments at all. Horrible experience. Lost a lot of money. Are there negative stars instead of just 1 star as the lowest?

My deposit transfer never show up
Installed the app, and transferred USDT from another exchange account for the first deposit. Now 3weeks passed, and my deposit never shows up on bifinance but my other exchange confirmed it was sent. Tried to contact the bifinance support team. Many emails, zendisk tickets, messenger msgs sent. No reply. Just don’t use this exchange. Scam. Shady.
