Literally, the best BBQ I’ve ever had!!!

Sooo I am a licensed esthetician here in Columbia and my client told me she was going to get some BBQ and I asked her where? She told me and I said I need to check them out! I never have a problem supporting our people. Not only did she call both of our order in, but they were sooo kind enough to take our order over the phone while they were scheduling to close in 15 min. We made our way over to them after I finished her service and he food was ready for us! The food was so good and I only had a pulled pork sandwich. The meat was hanging off the bread lol! I WILL definitely be back before this week is over to try something else! I highly recommend them! Be ready to kick all ten fingers‼️ 🤣

Prices are wrong
The prices on the app does not match what is listed in the store and over the phone. After I was misquoted a price, I was looking on the app to confirm what was stated and all the prices are wrong. For instance, look at dessert, $65 for a whole cake, 100+ for sheet pan of dessert. This is for catering. In all my years I never seen pricey desserts for something so basic with ammeter decorations. Please adjust your prices beginning with staff, store listings, and the app.

Angry and Irate owners.
App or website does not have correct pricing and some items are not listed at all. Owners will verbally quote a different price by phone just to get you to come into the Resturant to charge you a different price. This app is a waste of time and storage. When bringing problems to their attention, owners will become verbally abusive, resort to name calling (such as calling you broke, incompetent, and then play victim and accuse the customer of the bullying) After they have done all this, they will give themselves an ego boost by telling customers to not return (Telling customers not to come back is a blessing and should be a warning to future customers) Their marketing strategy is “one and done” style. They are not trying to retain business. They are banking on out of town-ers, new residents, and family/friends to sustain their business. If they can take your money once, they are satisfied. If you are brave enough to make a complaint or offer constructive criticism, they will boast about their imaginary security footage to intimidate customers who leave honest reviews in regards to their abusive, deceptive, gorilla warfare, type customer service. The customer is always wrong and no empathy or apology is offered. If they were indeed viewing video and audio footage, they would take ownership and realize that they or someone on their team made/makes mistake. No business or employee is perfect and this App is filled with inconsistencies. Do not download this app because it will serve no justice when you arrive to order or pick up your food, you will be quoted a different price. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else to business who will appreciate repeat customers as well as new customers. If you have been mistreated by the owners DO NOT BE AFRAID to let others know of your negative experience. Thugs such as these business owners should not be operating in our community and discrediting honest Patrons who used their hard earned money to support their livelihoods. Do not let the good reviews distract you. They pay their family members and friends to post positive reviews on yelp and Facebook then go into victim mode appearing to be a nice little mom n pop shop who invest 100+ hours a week to service demanding customers while missing time away from their young children. If their business mattered to them, they would improve their customer service and marketing skills. They are not fit to be business owners. Go back to selling dinners out of your kitchen to your family and friends.
