When I try to check out and tap to pay with a credit card, the next screen has nowhere to enter the card number.

Terrible app

The mobile app is mot working at all. Good idea and the discounts are great but the app terrible.

Endless circle

This app was recommended by a discount website, so I downloaded it thinking it would give me the ability to purchase and use discounted vouchers to places in town. Instead, it literally just takes me back to that website, so pretty much just an endless loop of stupidity.

Waste of my time

This app is terrible. Your app locator is completely off !
The businesses using this app for customers are actually going to be loosing business! So disappointing!

Doesn’t work at all

Don’t waste your time downloading the app doesn’t work at all, I’m in the big lot store and it said that no store found

Doesn’t work

Typed in my address and tried current location. Still wouldn’t give me anything but a few locations 300 miles away. Dud app!

Bought 6 certificates. Can’t use because app won’t open and show barcodes in the redeem area.

Cannot switch shops easily

Love the app for my home store but when I try to buy outside of my region the app asks me to make an account? My face ID and saved credit card should continue to work…. No? Annoying

Can’t find my store

I know there's a store a lot closer to me than the ones their app show. I tried all kinds of ways to make it work. Vet disappointed.

This app is not for the retail store "Big Lots." We are not them! We are a discount gift certificate website called Big Deals Media. We partner with local media companies across the country and sell gift certificates to local businesses at discounted prices. The app finds the nearest Big Deals Online Store from your position. Some states have a dozen stores. Some states have none. We hope this clarifies.
