The worst
Almost every time I use it requires that I reset my password. This is the worst financial platform I’ve ever used. I have mentioned it to several folks at Bighorn Fed but it has remained terrible. Just the worst.
The app never works
The app HARDLY works… every time I go to use it, this pops up “ We are experiencing technical difficulties and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.” I’m so glad that they’re “working on it as quickly as possible” when it’s been 2+ months of it not working… everytime you go to check your balance or see past transactions you have to go online. This app and bank just has so many technical issues that need to be fixed. Definitely will be switching banks/apps.

Hardly works half the time, and is randomly restricted

Easy to navigate and simple.
Broken doesn’t launch. Just stuck on white screen.
As the tittle says. It doesn’t launch anymore just a white screen and crashes back to the home. Thanks for breaking the app.
Not enough information
My first try failed because they didn’t explain what was needed on the back endorsement. It only said to endorse it.
I think I may have done it a long time ago and if it failed I may not have realized it and totally lost that money.

This bank rocks. The employees are the best.
Good app
It’s a good app, but it was advertised that the app would have a check capture feature to deposit checks with but it does not have the capability to do that. To me, it’s an important feature to have. It’s been advertised for over 6 months and it’s still not on the app.
