This game is horrible. It deleted all of my progress even though it should not have since its connected to my apple account. I contacted customer service MULTIPLE TIMES with NO response and emailed them with NO response. These people do NOT care about the people playing their game and have no consideration at all! I tried for weeks to get into contact with them. So if there is a problem then dont expect them to help even tho its THEIR GAME.

Can you update the level quickly? I have played the unlimited level to level 126, so the mechanism has been playing repeatedly. Update it quickly. I'm so angry. Those levels are still very sad. Don't force me to delete this game.

Good game except...
This game is pretty good. The levels aren't too hard, and they give you unlimited hearts generously. It can be a little sexual, so the maturity rating should be higher. My biggest issue though, is the writing in the conversations. Not only is it really fast for slower readers, but the grammar and spelling is really bad. Are there no literate editors? Please someone fix that, as it really takes away from the experience.

No sound and laggy
I got surprised becuz this game looks really nice the content is attractive but there’s no sound when I click start. No sound problem of my others games on my iPad…and when I click the glam room, nothing was in there, all blank… what’s going on?? If u wanna make a good game, THEN MAKE IT WITH SOUND AND NO LAGGING PROBLEMS!!!

Thieves and cheaters
I purchased 3 diamond packs and never received them. I passed level 222 THREE TIMES! I contacted customer service and was told I basically am lying about the level and that they don’t know when they’re going to give me the diamonds I purchased. This game was a lot of fun but this level of cheating and stealing totally cancels out the fun.
