You know what they say, “The best CRM is the one you use” I can say that of all the CRMs I have used, BPD is the easiest and best hands down
Overall great CRM mobile app
I use this app all the time, and the fact you can text directly with leads on your mobile and use a tracking number so it’s not your direct line is great! If I could change anything I wish you could use your text and email templates saved in your account on the mobile app, that would be amazingly helpful. If you use the status tags and have an automated email or text template set up behind that tag, it will work on the mobile app, but you can’t access the list of your templates for texting or email if you just want to send something specific without changing tags. Great MLO CRM for sure!

Are use this app a couple years ago and needed much improvement. The developers came through and I’m telling you this thing has doubled my ability to produce. I want to mid size branch and have about 10 people on this and everybody loves it. It has given me control of the loan officer‘s and given the loan officers control of their schedules and production. Try it. You will write a review just like this. I promise.

Great customer service, very buggy platform
BPD is an infant with a long road to go in regards to graphic user interface, functionality and stability. I have submitted dozens of bug reports, and feature requests. All in all, customer support is more reliable than the service offering itself. Either they’ll improve quickly or die even more quickly. TBD

Overall pretty happy
CRM overall is pretty good, pretty customizable and affordable. Seems like they're still working kinks out in the system. The app isn't very good but I guess it gets you by. I prefer to use the web browser version. Customer support is pretty good.

Team manager
Although the system has great features they are not utilized well. The mobile app doesn't have viewable features needed to update contacts as need while out of the office. Overall this could be 50/50 on the rating
Couple Bugs
It doesn't pull new data very well sometimes. Also, I can rarely get status tags to save/update. On iPhone 7 plus fully up to date.

It is free to download. What they don't tell you is that, IT IS NOT FREE TO USE. There is a set up fee then $40 a month to use.

Great App to go with great CRM
Out of all of the CRMs I've used thus far this is probably one of the best. And the app is very helpful. I can access my info and conduct business from anywhere.
Fantastic app!
I can easily access my contacts on my mobile device and from there can easily place a call or update any notes for them! They make it really easy to find leads that I want to address using their status tag system!

The app is more of a reference point for me when I'm away from my computer. Live updates on new leads coming in, and up to date notifications when a lead is changed/updated.

This is one of the best contact management apps for realtors and brokers I have ever seen. Just makes life so much easier. A few agents here in the office are using it and told me about it boy were they right... Highly recommended for any realtor or broker
