Using Big Red Clock as a travel tool is wonderful. Thank you so much for taking the time to share how you use the app. Andrew — Independent Developer
New version has ruined it
Hmm, my review disappeared… One of the best features about the old version was that I didn’t have to click through a settings bar to set the timer. Tapping a single screen to set, start, stop, and reset was the reason I’ve been using it for so long, and the simple sound of the tuner was pleasant un my classroom and gave my students the signal that it was time to go to the next activity. I’m so sad that this app changed. I really wish there was a way to go back to the previous version. I would do it in a heartbeat.

Thank you for being an educator, and for the detailed feedback — it's genuinely helpful. Better audio options for the timer and clearer button design are both things I'm actively working on based on feedback like this. In the meantime, there's still a lot the new version offers for the classroom: "Time Zone Assistant" and "Learn 24 Time" help with teaching global time concepts, and "Multi-Stopwatch" is useful for friendly competitions. Feel free to email me at support@singlesailsoftware.com. Thanks, Andrew — Independent Developer
New Version Not as Good
I used this app every day to keep track of the time in the mornings. It was simple
and worked well. The new version adds features but the numbers are now significantly smaller than they were which kind of defeats the object of it being the “Big Red Clock”! Shame.

Medium Red Clock
From my perspective, the clock was perfect the way it was. With a recent upgrade, the clock became smaller and thicker. I prefer the bigger original font.
Old version phenomenal, new version boo
The old version was perfect. I’ve been using it in my classroom for years. The new version sound is not good, timer is harder to use, and buttons are unlabeled and unnecessary. Please bring back the old one!
Great tool for Zoom meetings
I use and recommend Big Red Clock as a tool when hosting online meetings. It is a discrete way of keeping track of time without appearing distracted or showing loss of focus. As a therapist, I can manage my appointments more easily without the need to check a watch of nearby clock. I keep the clock window small but it remains visible.

What a wonderful way to use this, keeping a small, unobtrusive clock visible during video sessions. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Thanks, Andrew — Independent Developer
New version is terrible
This was my go to big screen clock app for years. The updated version sucks! The numbers don’t fill the screen and the new fonts are useless. I deleted it. Sad
Works for me
Give me a Clock that's easy to read as I am disabled in the menu by a clog seems pretty tiny and I don't want to have to open the Clock app just to find out what time it is. Recommended.
Big red clock
12 hr 24 hr stopwatch and timer
THE BEST digital clock app
Been using this for several years. My family too. The clock is nice and big on the screen, especially on iPhones that do not have a home button. I like the different colors. I like that. It’s not flashing, and I like having the option of showing the seconds or not. I have an extra phone and it just has this Clock open 24/7. I love it!

BEST CLOCK APP
We use this app in a national dance competition company and it just works. We know it’s going to work perfectly and show clearly every time we pull it up. I highly recommend
Almost there...
I would rate this five starts as it is perfect my my uses if the developer could update it to include a setting do disable the audible alarm of the countdown clock. I use this for Zoom presentations and it's incredibly loud and disctractiing when I'm speaking and the timer hits zero and the arlam sonds, and keeps looping until you act on it. I use the tiomer onscreen so I can see it at all times and I don't need the audio reminder.

went from 14 pro to 15 plus iphone and lost my stand by always on this solved it. Thanks
Absolutely stellar!
Fantastic clock, stopwatch, and timer. The big digits can be useful, but most importantly they make it sublimely simple, straightforward, and uncluttered. For free! What a nice gift to the whole world! (It may take about 15 seconds to “master” it, so be patient. /s)
A hearty thanks to the developer!

Pretty Good
Like the big clock style. For what its worth, if it could somehow be modified to include optional set rotation of the clock to have your phone standing normal and use it, that would be perfect for my needs and would be the best 5/5 star clock.
No alarm
I got this because a reviewer said it had an alarm. It does not. Would be great if it did. App appears really nice and easy.
Perfection!
I love this clock. Simple. No data collected. No ads. Does exactly what I expect.
Thank you! How can I donate?

Love it
It’s a great clock visible from anywhere in room.
This app I use everynight. Only downfall is your phone remains unlocked while clock is in use.

A macOS Clock That Does the Job!
This free app offers a clock, a stopwatch and a timer in a simple design. The compact mode is an additional feature that floats the clock on top of all other windows. It is perhaps not the most elegant app, but does all three jobs really well without overengineering. The developer is very responsive to suggestions – my recommendation to change the color of the title bar was reflected in an App Store update within a week.

Stops updating on M1
I love the app, and it works great on my Intel MacBook Pro. But on my M1 Mini it stops updating. Quitting and restarting gets it working again. I don't see a support contact so I'm posting here
