No longer works

Worked great for a while. Now I can’t log in unless I uninstall app and reinstall each time. Once I do get logged in I can’t do anything within the app.

Claude writes better apps

This app is supposed to actually function and it doesn’t. Can’t create an account, try to find a ticket, nothing works. Pretty sure it was written by a company milking Big Red Keno for everything they have. Avoid this app if possible and just do everything at whatever bar you’re getting your keno tickets at. Save yourself the trouble.

Won’t let me finish setting up

As someone else stated, I keep trying to setup my account and every time I click the play+ button to setup my account it freezes and crashes and I have to close out of the app and still doing the same thing. Tried about 10 times. I guess I’ll use my legs and walk to the computer.

Crashes

I’ve downloaded this app on multiple different devices so I know it’s not just a one off but every time you’re setting up your account and then it prompts you to go create a play+ account and then it notifies you that it’s about to re-direct you to the website, the app crashes and freezes and the only way you can get it off is to completely close out of the app. Until the issue is fixed this app is a dud.

Great App

This app is so easy to use! I love being able to sit at the table and just play without having to go and see the keno dealers!

Fees!!!!!!

This is ridiculous…..just bring back regular Keno in my sports bars. The fees now are comical. Anything to make a buck. Be careful when signing up for this and look at all the hidden BS!!!

Big Red Keno offers the option to load cash with no fees at the following locations: 8100 Cass Street in Omaha, 955 West O Street in Lincoln, 2323 Laverna Street in Fremont, and 2101 West Pasewalk Avenue in Norfolk. Paper Keno tickets are also available at many Big Red Keno locations. Only down side

Won’t let me play when home only at the bars when I’m eating lunch or dinner … I can watch live games and put my bet in while at the bar but when I get home I can’t bet says can’t find location?

Due to state gaming regulations, the Big Red Keno App can only be used to play while you are physically at a licensed Big Red Keno location. However, once your tickets are purchased, you can watch the live games from home and will receive notifications on any tickets still in play after you leave the location.
