Sorry to say the app isn’t working for me either. Opens up then goes black. When it’s working, I really like using it.

App is no longer functioning and not sure they have any intentions of fixing the situation
Wasn’t great and now it doesn’t function at all…
App doesn’t even function anymore, just a black screen. It recently started trying to use notifications and I didn’t allow it, maybe they don’t gracefully recover from limited feature access. Who knows. Agree with top review, the website is easier to use and navigate. The only nice app feature was the scan a ticket with the camera… ehh not much of a loss there.

I keep trying to reset my password it it won’t send a link to my email

Only good thing is you can see the games being played
Can’t run my ticket on the app to see if I won. Not a fan of checking the last games played as well. The app is just not phone friendly at all.
Get your money back!
No, not the user. BRK, whom ever you paid to create this app. Once you could just look at results, much like the website. Now you have to log in every time. Check a ticket, close the app. Check results 2 seconds later, need to sign in. Want to scroll recent numbers? Need to hold iPhone in landscape. Scanner is sporadic. Use the web page. It’s much more reliable and accurate. And you don’t need to sign in every time.
