The team at Big Red Virtual created the Mobile App to make hybrid events easy to navigate! Our members (Event attendees) have been able to customize their event agendas on the app and stay up-to-date on any changes or exciting news during an event while also staying connected with others attending remotely. Feedback from attendees confirma they enjoyed participating in the contests guided by the app, and they benefited from the real-time information it provides.

Great app!
I used this app at one of the Robin Robins events, and was able to navigate easily through the event schedule and see all of the sponsors available to talk with while I was there. It also notified me of any changes and additional details about the hotel, wifi, etc. the app was the perfect option to stay informed!

Great Events App
This app was great to use on-site at the event I attended! I was able to review and organize the full schedule by the sessions I wanted to attend most. I was also able to connect with attendees who were watching the event virtually and with the sponsors who were there at the event.
Cant read the Room Names on the Map
I wish Someone quality controls this app before the conference, or else I wish paper schedules and maps were provided as backup. I can’t use the agenda and I can read the map. I expect better from a conference app.
