Incompetent developers
No cart, so for multi day events, you must make multiple purchases. Except credit cards see the same amount from the same app, and think it’s a duplicate charge and rejects them. So you also need to charge payment methods. Developers and product managers should be fired.
It worked
I bought tickets online. Downloaded the app from an email confirming my purchase. I had no problem logging in or looking at my tickets.
Doesn’t work
I purchased tickets online and couldn’t log in to the account I created either on the app or online yet I was emailed my tickets. The error kept saying invalid email address. I quadruple checked and it still didn’t work
Renaissance festival
App will not even open on my phone!
Error message
Missed getting the tickets to Avett Brothers because the app kept getting error message. Keep showing different availability but could not complete the purchase. All suddenly site goes down and says ‘no tickets available. I am so disappointed.
