10% charge for using app and not calling in order
From now on I will call in my order they are charging 10% fee for using the app and the default tip is 15%.
No reward points
Used the app and signed up for rewards and have been to BW at least a dozen times and I have zero points. Only seems to work for takeout.

1st time customer
Visited for the first time with my husband. Very nice place with casual atmosphere. I had the Fish & Chips and it was delish. My hubby had the All American burger and he ate every bite. Great service and host and servers stopped by often. Great place!
Local BW Isn’t Even Listed
BW has been in town for about a month now. I downloaded the app to see the menu. App froze during registration. Then when it finally worked, my location isn’t even listed as a valid store to view. What’s the point?

Service fee
Seems ridiculous to pay a service fee. Delete that so normal people can afford to tip better.

The curbside option never works or just isn’t there.

Easy to Use
I love that I can reorder my favorite dishes at Big Whiskey’s. This app is easy to use and can quickly place my order without any issue.
Ordering ok, otherwise glitchy & annoying
Ordered a few times on the app. Works ok. Indicating I’ve arrived at location often doesn’t work. But when I call from curb food comes right out.
App itself is annoying. It opens on an order screen and I can’t get to menu without switching to checkout first. I get notifications I can’t clear. No message or notification or settings to fix. I’d rather delete app than have notification I can’t find to clear. Will be turning then off via phone.
Unknown if I’ll use again to order if not improved overall experience.

Very cool, BUT…
This app is pretty great. I love Big Whiskey’s, so it’s cool to be able to earn rewards points from food I would be buying anyway. But there’s no way to contact customer service. You can “leave feedback” but they don’t feel like responding to those messages, even if you request a response.
Useless
Keeps insisting I have to fill out “all of my contact info” even though I HAVE done that. Several times. Utterly useless!!!
Can't even get the login right
What's so hard about coding an app's login and password? Ask the devs of this app ripping off their client.
