complete e-waste of a company
Please continuing polluting the entire world with your trash products. App updates break everything. and yet you refuse to even fundamentally update the firmware on the products themselves. It’s 2025 and every cell power 2500 is destroying itself.

Device is good, but app does not work. I’ve been asking for two years to fix it. It will not add devices after finding them.

Can never connect. Server is down error for days on end. Can’t use Bluetooth until it’s enabled through the app, which doesn’t work. Basically useless
