Poor product, service even worst
Bought 2 game cameras neither worked, they told me the Bigfoot cameras were not compliant to 4G after they sold me the two so I bought two new ones there they still don’t work this season they they offer a free month of images and cameras didn’t work, when I called and spoke to Stan he said I had to purchase a subscription plan for them to work, no problem I purchased it and they still didn’t work. I’ve called multiple times during this process never received a phone call back. I left several messages. Never a phone call back. everyone that works on the company has told me to leave messages leave emails. This company is terrible just tacky company. I have been scammed

Will not send settings anymore
6-10 months ago the camera woke function as expected. In the last month or two setting s simply can't be sent and reflect.
Ive tested this with time lapse, or daily report and neither will force the camera to do those functions. Requesting photos or videos still works, but it seems no other settings can be changed. I have driven to the camera twice to make manual adjustments and the camera does function and triggers on motion.
I can't find any settings doe daily report 1,3,5 image send on the camera console.
Not sure why this stopped working but I am any send settings anymore.

First off, great customer service from western rec. I updated from the 3g to the 4g camera. Just got it set up and playing with the app a bit. Everything seems to function as it should. App is simple to use and effective. Haven’t gotten it out in the field yet. 5 stars for the customer support and the simple functionality.

Does not work on my IPhone 10
App downloads. Icon appears on my home screen. When I select it, the app opens up for approx 2 seconds and then automatically closes.
Help! App won’t stay open after Iphone update
After the recent IOS13 update the BigfootCamera App will not stay open. Tries to open then immediately crashes.

New iOS update or app update caused this app to stop working, installed it on 3 different phones and no luck. Keeps minimizing so the app is useless
App will not stay open after IOS update
App worked perfect until my iPhone updated to 13.1.2 last night. Since then it opens and immediately closes. Need some help !

Once you have your SIM card number attached via the app you can change settings and receive instant pictures. However, many ‘requests’ are lost in the ether. I’d say on average, I receive a picture for every 5 requests sent. The settings update seem to work fine, however not every option is available to adjust remotely. Would like to see an update to improve functionality.

Very new
I installed this app and there are zero instructions and it errors when I try to send to receive pictures. On the website, the link to the app information doesn’t work. Sorry folks, but this app is pretty much useless.
