3 Bigfoot Cameras
I have three of the Bigfoot Mini Cameras and two of the large 4g Bigfoot Cameras. All of them have worked exceptionally.
App has issues
When not in use can’t cancel services so still get charged monthly. Even after requesting multiple time. Can’t manage account or change anything.
Share group doesn’t share.

It wasn’t broke!!!
They’ve updated the app to “fix bugs”, and to my knowledge I was never notified of the changes. Now it seems almost impossible to navigate. I have tried requesting pictures from my cameras several times since this update, and not once have I received one. To update an app is one thing but to completely overhaul the entire appearance and functions of the app without any type of user guide explaining all the changes was a poorly thought out decision and process.

Batch delete function not working
Since I last updated the app a few weeks ago, the batch delete function won’t work. When you try it gives both a “system time out” and “network error” message. Also, I delete pictures and next time I refresh my gallery, they come back. The cameras work great but the app isn’t very good.
Cannot add credits
The app works great but I ran out of the free credits that came with the camera and now I can’t add new credits. The button doesn’t do anything.
