I really like the app and the way it works but I do wish that you didn’t have to pick on one auction look through it then go back out and look at another one I also wish that it would send you notifications when you’re washed. Items are about to be done so you can get on and look at them before they sell.

Freezes
App freezes all the time. Im already logged in and it tells me I have to verify password before bidding, but there’s no where on the app to verify password. Need pages of items not just refreshing more when you get to the bottom of the page.
Work still to be done
Is it functional? Sure, it gets the job done. But for an auction company who prides itself at being a leader nationwide, the app glitches a lot. Several things: Going page to page, you can’t click to the next page, you have to scroll down far enough and it automatically refreshes to the next page. Also, if you’re bidding on something and the item gets taken down and doesn’t get sold (yes that happens), then those items are stuck in your ‘bid on’ page and can’t get them off. Trying to bid and it wants me to sign in and I’m signed in already but don’t see where it wants me to verify my password.

Upgrade was a down grade
I’ve used this app for many years. It seems that every update to the app makes it worse. It started out just fine. Simple to use and easy to search. Then the first update to the current style made it frustrating to use and hard to search. This current version freezes up all the time and has holes where popup screens should be promptings you to validate your password. It’s gotten worse with every update.

Terrible app
Freezes constantly and I always need to reload it. Use a computer rather than your phone.
Slow and Glitchy
What happened? The app now is very slow and freezes constantly. I finally got so frustrated I deleted it.

Log in. Pictures. Videos. It’s all the worst possible display in the industry. For the volume they move. It’s wild how poor this app is. The $$$ they leave on the table has to be tremendous. Spending money on a new app would 10x their volume quickly. This current app is horrid.
Awful
Same as everyone else said, you can’t zoom in on pictures,the scrolling is awful, the fact that I can’t go alphabetically to a brand quickly like auction time and yes the constant logging in has been a complaint of mine with the newer app, haven’t watched anything closely but I know it used to not update the time remaining day of- I always had to close app and restart

Updates with nothing to show for
This app is trash. Big iron has a great service but constantly wanting updates to the app and nothing ever progresses is stupid.
Terrible
It’s almost like you don’t want ppl to use your services. The app is horrible, no full screen or zoom on pics. The categories are not alphabetical, it doesn’t hold your place when you go back and the constant logging in is very annoying, the search function is nearly useless. Do everyone a favor and fire your app builder, find whoever makes tractor houses app and hire them. Its fantastic and works how everyone wants it to.

Get with the program!
The app went from bad to worse. When trying to scroll down to look at a different page it takes you back to the top. Can not zoom in on pictures. I probably don’t use big iron half as much as I used to do to a crappy app. You can do way better!!

I can watch many auctions and buy what I want this app is easy to use even for dummies like me. Any body looking to get this app I will suggest it to. All the bad reviews are lies and if true it probably crashes because they have an iPhone 1
Worst online bidding platform
BigIron went from having one of the best easiest online bidding platforms to the worst, I try to avoid it as much as possible
Worst auction app around
What used to be a semi functional app is now one of the most unfriendly auction apps ever. Having to log in continuously, poor user interface with a challenging layout that is not easy to use.
Still not working correctly
I’ve complained before and I’m back again, I use the old app to make my list and beat my head against the wall trying to login and bid on the new app. Not happy

I really don’t like that I can’t type in a max bid. Probably will help me not purchase as much on here because i hate tapping a button a thousand times.
Forced update and the new app doesn’t even work
Tried to bid on my old BigIron app and it won’t let me says I need to try the new one. Downloaded the new one and it keeps freezing everytime I log in. As a big user of the mobile app, this is extremely frustrating, annoying and disappointing. Please get it fix!
