My account is frozen with the iPhone. Y’all took the money off my account, but I can’t spend my stuff fix the problem or refund me my money.
BIGO is insecure and hides from their problems.
I’m gonna start this off by saying I no longer use the app but used to use it regularly. I quit due to their major issues.
Let’s start off by one, telling you that BIGO has select hidden community members that are able to moderate and determine bans, alongside their official team (who for the most part does NOTHING)
So this leads to a lot of creepy community bias, and often times moderators letting several minors get away completely free, typically with the mods getting some gain from it.
BIGO will likely respond to this, and as usual of them, outright lie about how things work.
This is what old BIGO did, and the behavior with new BIGO is no different.
They have a track record of being degenerative.
Secondly.
BIGO allows the platforming of hackers and doxxers, even ones who’ve been banned multiple times.
BIGO could easily get rid of this issue by IP banning, alongside of a multi-account ban from specific Phone Information, IDs, & App Store data.
They just choose not to.
It’s really funny honestly. Seeing that BIGO wants to put up ads everywhere, but can’t even properly take care of their own platform any longer.
So BIGO. Why constantly pay and use AI to generate ads. What are y out gaining from it?
Beginning of last year, your app was dying at a rapid rate, struggling to even challenge Live.Me, and yet now, you have more issues than them, can’t keep your app clean, can’t prevent hacking, can’t prevent criminals, can’t prevent IPs, and several other measures.
Though when it comes down to things, you’re immediately ready to throw out AI generated auto responses on peoples reviews who have genuine complaints and concerns.
Law Enforcement have even advised you guys to address issues, several times in 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, and even this year, with a statement they put out regarding the app.
You guys can’t even follow commands of the law? Come on.
You wonder why the app always spikes for a month or so, and then absolutely plummets in viewership and users the second summer is over.
You guys still advertise even though you barely hold a 5 didn’t user count nowadays.
What are you paying for at this point? The insecurity of shutting down the app?
Maybe people need to report you guys again for user safety so that Apple, & Google take the app off the stores for the EIGHTH TIME.
