This utility is a joy to behold, and it makes timing events simple and fun. It easily transitions between portrait and landscape mode. The interface is easy to understand and use.

Elegant Minimalism
This stop watch app is the perfect balance of elegance and function presented in a perfectly minimalist fashion. The large dials makes it handy for when multiple people need to see the stop watch at the same time. I use this app when I am watching soccer games in the stadium to track extra time at the end of each half, and it’s handy for allowing nearby folks to glimpse at it as well without me needing to show it to them directly. I would imagine it would work well in some competitive settings as well, such as certain games with friends.

One of my favorite apps
This has been my favorite stopwatch app for many years. It has a clean and simple design that hasn’t changed, unlike so many other apps that seem to “refresh” their design every so often for no apparent reason other than just to change. It just does what you need to do, simple as that. Also, this app is over 10 years old and the developer continues to keep it available on current phones - I really appreciate that.

One suggestion: please add an option for a pure black background. iPhones with OLED displays will be able to take advantage of this and make the interface more beautiful!

I’ve been using this app over various iPhones almost every day since I first installed it in 2009. It’s just so beautiful and easy to use for timing drip coffee or stretches or rests during workouts…it’s simply great.

Best (& longest-lived) stopwatch app
I have had this app on my phone since version 1: 16 January 2009! It has always been my favourite, and is still the most elegant out there. Thank you, Yasoshima-san, for continuing to update this lovely app.

Below is my original review. Once again I was surprised and happy to see this updated. It has always worked even in spite of the lack of updates. Great simple interface and it works well. Happy to see an update at the end of 2017
Works well. I was shocked it was finally updated for iOS 7 but I have no idea what the details were since the notes weren't in English. I don't think this app had been updated since I got it in 2009 on the iPhone 3G
