Lag and the app does not open
I’ve been using the app for a while but I’m facing issues with the slowness of the app. Please fix this issue and while on travel wherein the Internet fluctuates the app does not open.

Not at all a automated system
They publish that fully automated system in there adds. When you call them they tell you all this good but actual pain starts when you start using the application. There strategies are working completely as per algo. They are still working on the system, some part you need to do it manually. In 2 days, I have 2000+ loss. And that is only when I checked the system and not blindly trusted on the system. They are just playing with hard money of customers. I’m short system is not reliable. I’m trying to withdraw my amount from 2 days and there is no update from the customer care team and not the money reaches to my account. They are not giving my hard money back as well.

Data and Trade Manipulation -Unclear
Trades are taken without ur knowledge and wrong information is shown in terms margin availability and total investment. Please don’t use the app otherwise u will loose money for sure . They might say it’s free to trade but it will never a profitable trade

When it hangs customer support team doesn’t receive call and by chance if they receive they say that our app is working properly. Today it’s app was not working for more than 1/2 an hour. But the team said that our app is working may be your phone has network issue.

Unable to login (error while login)
Poor interface, can’t login through either App or web, IT team to check for immediate resolution
Not able to login even after 5 hours of registration
Not able to login event after many hours of registration it is saying that user details doesn’t exist👎
Slow and very bad experience
Not showing realtime data in iphone,
It takes 2-3 minutes to update data when you open new stock in watch list window,
Ask for Login again and again to open ipo window in app.
