Forget password doesn’t work
Tried to reset my password but otp was never delivered. Tried multiple times but the app never responds. MPIN changes automatically.

As a user of the North Bihar Smart Meters app, I found the interface to be simple and easy to understand. All the important features like checking my bill, viewing usage history, and making payments are available right on the main screen, which makes the app convenient to use. I liked that the app supports both Hindi and English, which makes it comfortable for many people.
However, I did notice that sometimes the app feels a bit slow, especially when switching between different sections. The design could also be a little more modern and organized — at times, it feels slightly cluttered. Setting up the account in the beginning was a bit confusing too.
Overall, the app is very useful for managing my electricity usage and payments. If they improve the speed and make the design a little cleaner, it would make the experience even better.

It’s been 3 days trying to login with forget password option and it always says something went wrong,I don’t know who is looking after this error,creating an app and solving a bug is two different service so please request to keep you app running if you had made people of Bihar to use your app mandatory

don’t know why you are working and not fixing the problem related to bug or sync the balance after recharge.
i have recharged my due amount and my balance is positive. still i’m not getting electricity from past two days.
whenever i try to file a complaint. it’s showing internal error.
it’s like hamne paise le liye abb aapko jo krna h kr lo.
shame on you.
