Bad new version
Inside this app, smart meter statistics page removed the report of daily imported, exported and usage day wise tabular Data comparison(this was the primary info for users).

Incompetent App Developers
The app is having multiple bugs and still every alternate day I get update in the name of Bug Fixes. Unable to file bill related complaint in the app. Showing ticket not generated- since last 1 month.
At least use AI tools if the developers are unable to find the actual bottle neck in the app.

App keeps on crashing
A humble request to please ask your developers to test this app once! I think this is not too much to ask for? Pathetic UI, user experience, bugs & that too in 2025? Requesting to make the app convenient for iPhone users!

Problem with self generated bill
The app doesn’t allow self generation of energy bill in case of zero consumption (JDVVNL). It requires that current reading must be greater than previous reading. No-use bill must be permissible. Please fix this bug.
Nice app, needs little improvement
Good app. Please the option to pay multiple different bills in one go. I have 8 different connection. Also there should be an option of adding a nick name against every k number.

Best app for bijli payment
nowadays Paytm and google pay are taking fee just for bijli payment so tested this app, working good.
Lazy government employees
Two days i ago a raised a complaint through the app for no electricity in my house. Yesterday i got a sms that complaint is closed. Without any resolution or visiting my place these lazy government employees closed the complaint. There is no option of feedback. Again i raised a complaint yesterday night and just now i got a msg of complaint closed. These corrupted government employees will never change. We work hard and earn money and pay taxes so these lazy guys can fill their banks without doing any work.

Always shows server error. I have to make payment through other apps.
App Stuck While Uploading Docs For Name Change
App stuck while uploading required docs from gallery under option Services > Name Change and never ending wait begins and at the end app closes itself. Moreover, when you try to click picture directly from camera the app closes immediately. Seems click picture option is created for app closure.
JVVNL team directed me to use this procedure by any how and they don’t know how to help. Behaves like this doesn’t belongs to them.

Not working
Showing connection not present ..log out and try again.. interface is user friendly but overall poor design. I don’t know why government websites and applications are so poor although they have enough money to build a new generation application and website. Dear jvvnl look into this matter, needs improvements.

Connectivity issues
When to try make a complaint, it’s always shows “no network coverage please try later”. Reset and reinstalled the app already but problem still presist .
