I can't log in, and I can't recover my password since that option is not in the app. I am very disappointed since it is a good app

I’ve been using these for a few years and it has been working great. Hopefully the developer will update this as I have tried a few other apps but this one still my favorite. Ignore the bad reviews, they are probably from people riding their electric bikes while checking tik tok. This is a really good app made for actual cyclist

Too many issues not working properly
Paid for lifetime membership. To many issues every time I open app I have to restore purchase every time I open it to use other features. Temperature never updates. Also to many ads on activity feed even for lifetime membership. Also when I try to end ride it won’t end and will not allow me to save ride. Because of all these issues it is very difficult to use app as it does not work like all the other apps that are similar and free. I emailed them several times over the past month and no response, so time to delete and lose my money unless I can get a refund.

Unterirdisch. Grundlegende Funktionen nicht zuverlässig nutzbar!
Die Geschwindigkeitsanzeige ist unzuverlässig, zeigt ständig Minutenlang nichts an. Die Anzeige der Höchstgeschwindigkeit einer vergangenen Fahrt spinnt völlig (mein Rekord sind 984km/h) und in der Übersicht der Aktivitäten kann ich nur die letzten zwei Fahrten ansehen.
Habe auch das Pro-Abo probiert, aber wieder gekündigt und suche jetzt nach einer Alternative bei der ich zuverlässig Strecke und Geschwindigkeit messen kann, denn diese App schafft anscheinend nicht einmal das.

Greedy developer, useless app
I will not comment on the prices because this is a joke. The app offers nothing more than the free ones (or with reasonable lifetime price like BikeTracker). Lots of UI bugs. And it forces you to register.
Not for old phones
I was trying to repurpose my old iPhone5 (2022) to add it permanently to my bike. Unfortunately, the app freezes in the first screen and doesn't go over on it - considering that's a simple application, some backward compatibility will be a great feature! For the iPhone 12 it works.

Was brilliant and used it every day. Now does not connect to email or Facebook so totally useless. Please fix as I have paid premium subs

Ich hatte 2020 eine „Lifetime“ Lizenz gekauft und war eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit der App. Der Preis war in Ordnung in der Annahme, dass er wirklich „lebenslang“ gilt. Leider ist mein Account aber nicht mehr zu erreichen und alle meine Daten verschwunden. Die Webseite des Entwicklers ist offline und auch im Appstore ist mein Kauf nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich würde diese App, so gut sie auch aussieht und (meist) funktioniert, nicht mehr laden. Gehört eigentlich aus dem Store gelöscht.

Reinstalled and does not allow me login
I had lifetime pro. Had some issue with my memory. So deleted and reinstalled. Now does not allow me to login back. Tried multiple times. Waste App. They took money and now not working. Not a robust app. There is not even a customer care contact. Looks like kind of a Spam

The app is full with bugs! It stops to display the temperature, the elevation, and for the top I can’t connect my profile, after I pay the full price for lifetime use! Doesn’t recomend AT ALL!!!
